This section is under construction.  I am adding recipes that I have found online but have MODIFIED to make sure they have ingredients that won't spike your blood sugars.  My motto is REPLACE.. meaning I want to show you how you can still enjoy your favorite meals but replacing the bad carbs with healthy replacements.  Eating healthy does not have to be boring and you should not feel like you are starving.  ~Enjoy!
